Silver Package

The silver package includes 5 Appetizers and 3 main-course buffet dishes. The silver package buffet also includes Garden Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing, Assorted Dinner Rolls and Butter, Rice Pilaf, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, Coffee, and Tea Service.

Mini cocktail franks wrapped in puff pastry.

Beet Salad

Arugula, roasted beets, and goat cheese salad.

A display of sliced seasonal fruit

Crudité

A display of seasonal vegetables served with ranch dressing for dipping.

Assorted Puff Pastry

Assorted puff pastries filled with cheese, duxelles, or sausage.

Sweet and Sour Mini Meatballs

Housemade mini meatballs in a sweet and sour red wine sauce.

Tomato Basil Bruschetta 

Freshly baked baguette slices topped with a diced tomato, onion, and basil bruschetta.

Goat Cheese Croutons

Freshly baked baguette slices topped with goat cheese.

Chicken Satays

Marinated chicken breast on a skewer with orange ginger sauce for dipping.

Assorted Cheese and Crackers

Sliced cheddar, provolone, swiss, and pepper jack cheese served with crackers and fresh fruit garnish.

Chicken Quesadilla

Pan-seared flour tortilla filled with grilled chicken, cheddar, and jack cheese served with housemade chipotle salsa.

Spanakopita

Phyllo dough stuffed with feta cheese and spinach baked to perfection.

Chicken breast dipped in egg and sauteed with white wine, butter, and lemon.

Sliced peppers and onions roasted with sliced sausage.

Penne with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil

Penne pasta tossed with wedges of fresh tomatoes and fresh basil. 

Chicken Piccata

Chicken breast lightly floured and sauteed with white wine and capers.

Eggplant Parmigiana

Thinly sliced eggplant with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Yukon gold potatoes peeled and tossed in our own spice blend, and roasted in the oven.

Lemon Chicken

Chicken Breast sauteed with shallots, butter, chicken stock, and lemon.

Penne with Vodka Sauce

Penne tossed with a creamy tomato sauce infused with vodka and parmesan cheese.

Penne with Broccoli and Garlic

Penne pasta tossed with garlic, olive oil, and fresh broccoli.

Homemade Chicken Fingers

Chicken breast cut into fingers, breaded, and fried to perfection.

Housemade beef meatballs with spices, egg, and breadcrumbs in a light marinara sauce.

Gold Package

The gold package includes 6 appetizers and 4 main-course buffet dishes. Selections include anything from the silver package as well as those listed below. The gold package buffet includes Garden Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing, Assorted Dinner Rolls and Butter, Rice Pilaf or Oven Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, and Coffee and Tea Service.

Pork tenderloin slices marinated in fresh ginger, garlic, and soy sauce with a teriyaki glaze.

Smoked Salmon Crostini 

Toasted baguette slices topped with lemon cream cheese, creme fraiche, caper, and fresh dill.

Roasted Red Peppers & Fresh Mozzarella

Roasted red peppers & fresh mozzarella with basil.

Gorgonzola and Bacon Tartlets 

Crumbled gorgonzola in a phyllo pastry cup topped with crumbled bacon and baked til warm.

Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Grilled shrimp on a skewer finished with lime juice and fresh cilantro.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Cremini mushrooms stuffed with mozzarella, parmesan, fresh herbs, and panko bread crumbs.

Sliders 

Mini sandwiches with either Angus cheeseburgers and ketchup or shredded BBQ Pork.

Large shrimp served with a lemon wedge and housemade cocktail sauce.

Mini wheel of Brie cheese served whole with a sliced french baguette

Creamy risotto stuffed with fontina cheese, breaded and fried, and served with chipotle ranch sauce.

Spanish style sausage crumbled in a phyllo cup, topped with melted jack cheese.

Faroe Island Fresh Salmon baked in a lemon sauce garnished with paprika and fresh lemon slices.

Braised Sliced Beef Round

A french style pot roast braised in red wine with carrots, potatoes, and parsnips.

Housemade beef meatballs with spices, egg, and breadcrumbs in a light marinara sauce.

Roasted Pork Loin

Whole roasted pork loin with a brandy cream sauce.

Chicken Marsala with Cremini Mushrooms

Chicken breast sauteed with shallots, cremini mushrooms, marsala wine, and a touch of butter.

Beef Burgundy

Chunks of beef braised in burgundy wine with onions and mushrooms.

Baked Ziti with 5 Cheeses 

Ziti tossed with our tomato sauce, baked with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, and romano cheeses.

Eggplant Rollatini

Thinly sliced eggplant wrapped around a pillow of ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses with just a touch of lemon zest nestled under our tomato sauce and more mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Platinum Package

The platinum package includes the choice of 7 appetizers and 5 main-course buffet dishes. Selections include anything from the silver and gold packages as well as those listed below. The platinum package buffet also includes Garden Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing, Special Bread Basket, Saffron Rice Pilaf or Oven Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, and Coffee and Tea Service.

Butternut Squash or Carrot Soup Shooter

An individual glass with either soup topped with creme fraiche.

Bacon Wrapped Scallops 

Fresh scallops wrapped in applewood smoked bacon on a skewer. Served with real maple cream.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

Extra large shrimp served with a lemon wedge and housemade cocktail sauce.

Filet of Beef on a Crostini

House roasted Filet of Beef sliced on a crostini atop housemade horseradish cream sauce.

Paella Valencia
