A staff member to assist your guests and replenish food.
Complete breakdown and cleanup of the buffet table.
All leftovers are packed up for you to take home.
Silver Package
The silver package includes 5 Appetizers and 3 main-course buffet dishes. The silver package buffet also includes Garden Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing, Assorted Dinner Rolls and Butter, Rice Pilaf, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, Coffee, and Tea Service.

Chicken Breast sauteed with shallots, butter, chicken stock, and lemon.
Penne with Vodka Sauce
Penne tossed with a creamy tomato sauce infused with vodka and parmesan cheese.
Penne with Broccoli and Garlic
Penne pasta tossed with garlic, olive oil, and fresh broccoli.
Homemade Chicken Fingers
Chicken breast cut into fingers, breaded, and fried to perfection.

Gold Package
The gold package includes 6 appetizers and 4 main-course buffet dishes. Selections include anything from the silver package as well as those listed below. The gold package buffet includes Garden Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing, Assorted Dinner Rolls and Butter, Rice Pilaf or Oven Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, and Coffee and Tea Service.

Eggplant Rollatini
Thinly sliced eggplant wrapped around a pillow of ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses with just a touch of lemon zest nestled under our tomato sauce and more mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Platinum Package
The platinum package includes the choice of 7 appetizers and 5 main-course buffet dishes. Selections include anything from the silver and gold packages as well as those listed below. The platinum package buffet also includes Garden Salad with Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Ranch Dressing, Special Bread Basket, Saffron Rice Pilaf or Oven Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes, Fresh Mixed Vegetables, and Coffee and Tea Service.
